Blindfolded Birthday Dinner

The Birthday Dinner was an event that took place on July 7th at 5pm. It was attended by 12 guests who were seated on the floor around a long table, creating a sense of grounding and intimacy.

The dinner was divided into two parts:

  1. A blindfolded appetizer tasting where guests were invited to experience a selection of specifically created appetizers that ranged in texture, taste, and temperature. The blindfolds, which were made specifically for the event, were created to heighten the senses and enhance the tasting experience.

  2. A second part where guests enjoyed a meal with their blindfolds off.

The dinner also featured tequila shots and appetisers served in oyster shells sourced from a local oyster restaurant.
